Applied online and then was sent a scheduling email to arrange an interview with the hiring manager. Prior to the interview I was sent 5 questions to answer and submit to the hiring manager so that they could tell a little bit more about me. I arrived at the office and was shown upstairs and introduced to the hiring manager who was very welcoming and knew a lot about the company. The interview was formal but relaxed, and the hiring manager spent a lot of time telling me about the company, why the role was vacant and did a great job of making the role seem really appealing. When I was finished I was told I would hear back by a certain date and they did not let me down. Unfortunately I was unsuccessful but it was a good experience overall.
