I've had 2 interviews for the same role and I offered flexibility with not only scheduling but compensation as well. I was apparently lied to on compensation the first time and the 2nd interview was nothing more than a repeat of the 1st following the same substandard response sent via post mail advising they have moved on to seek other candidates after having me wait on them for 30 minutes each visit to start the interview, when I made an agreement to meet with them at a specified time. I noticed they predominantly hire females at this location which would be discrimination on my part but that's not important to them.
