Signed an NDA so can’t say much except that you should definitely prep and expect probing questions. With that, the team was on top of their game, the feedback and process was relevant and speedy and very much set the bar compared to other companies that I interviewed with in tech and fintech. Probably was one of the huge deciding factors for me when considering multiple offers. I will say difficult only because I felt challenged as they do thoroughly assess to make the right hire. With that it was all relevant to industry and level and not an endless amount of rounds

The interviews were informative, straightforward, snappy. I got answers to my questions and they sent some material to prep for the interviews.
My professional opinion is that you either give a take home task or a live task, but not both. In today's market, especially in the UK, people will have accepted another offer by the time you get to the second task, which is what happened in my case. Seemed like a good company with helpful people, but the process strategy wasn't in line with the market pace.
