After seeing a bit of the building they are in, which impresses, the first round was a group interview with 3 department heads/supervisors. All were friendly and game for the process. They made a good impression as to company culture, however some of the less relevant interview questions were standard fare you'd expect to see in a book on interviewing, but they were pretty young.

Interview process could be sped up significantly. Spoke with others that say they took 5-7 interviews before onboarding. Overall process took 2 months. Takes WAY too long for the whole thing to be complete. Ended up going with another company due to interview process/time.
