Interviewed with several Partners in the region as well as Regional TA and also did the assessment. Interviews were more coffee style meetings, no debrief on assessment. After several meetings told them that I am not interested.
Big issue is that someone who works at or is affiliated with Korn Ferry (name and designation is known) called at least one employee in my current company and told them that I will be leaving the firm and that they should also do so and join Korn Ferry. Complete violation of any Executive Search firm standards, including the standards which KF prominently states on their webpage.
Do interview with them at your own risk, they can't be trusted.
Disorganized and lacked communication or direction. No clear process or timelines. People were generally nice. Took a few months to progress the conversation and didn’t seem like they were serious about building the practice area.

Started out okay but became an interrogation in lots of ways. They came after me aggressively before the interview, but post interview no one got back to me, which was very disappointing and unprofessional. I wish they hadn't wasted my time.
