I only did the initial steps of the process but if was very conversational. I did not find it hard. The recruiter was very nice and made me feel comfortable
It was a good process, went pretty smoothly. I met the TA, then the department heads and had to go through the assessment. It was over 3 weeks to offer stage.

The interview process was lengthy with several assessment tools. The interviewer was not very open and had set answers in mind and was not willing to take a different opinion.

Three step process, interviewed with three senior client partner. KF4D assessment to review traits and drivers. After review of assessment an offer quick to follow. Overall the process was thorough and smooth.
