Called to set up an interview within a few days of submitting my application. This was in early November, it is now mid March. Very slow process and HR is not very communicative. Got an email a month ago saying they were impressed, but are still looking at interviewers and would get back to all candidates shortly. Have interviewed with other organizations and received offer in the mean time- upsetting that they lose candidates who are truly interested due to their process.
