I was referred by a current employee and the turnaround time was fairly quick. Within a week, I received a request for an interview. Several days afterwards, I had a second interview and received an offer.

Very straight forward and easy interview process. 2 interviews, 1 with a recruiter for a screen and 1 with a project manager of TA. Though different clients may have different interview processes.
