We work with our clients to design optimal organization structures, roles, and responsibilities. We help them hire the right people and advise them on how to reward and motivate their workforce while developing professionals as they navigate and advance their careers.
Interview process will be very quick and they wants to know your interest and skills. Recruiting team is super nice,they work with you.

quite smooth and It''d take 3 mins for each qs. Recording 3 times and pick the best one to validate and sent to the hiring team for processing. There's clear instruction about qs and procedure of interview
In-person group interview with multiple groups of associates/partners. They rotated you to 3 different interview panels. Overall quite time-consuming, and seems like they wanted to save time by having it all on one day and doing it as a group. Because the group interview was not even a group discussion, but individual interviews but done on a group basis. HR was slow and inefficient
