Pretty smooth - Phone interview, in-person interview, assessment. The internal HR people were very good with communicating timeline, expectations, etc. I enjoyed the overall process and thought it was very transparent.

Entrevista
It was a process where I first met with the executives online, then in person, and then got an offer that was way way lower than I expected. When I told them the price that I expected, they told me that even the ones that are at a higher level than me do not earn thnat much. Meanwhile I was earning what they offered as a freelancer by working two days a week. Overall. I was surprised that it took us that many interviews for a position with such a low offer.

Several round interviews including aptitude, logical, and numerical assessment; business case assessment. Interviewers are usually nice and helpful. Mostly asked about past experience related to conceptual thinking, leadership, interpersonal activities. Prepare to take full-day off for each interview.
