Engaging interview style with no grilling or overly dramatic competency based fake questions.They tried to sell the role and took the time to explain both positive and negative aspects of the role and company. Took interest in both personal and professional aspects of my life to keep it human.
It was a good process, went pretty smoothly. I met the TA, then the department heads and had to go through the assessment. It was over 3 weeks to offer stage.
