Had two interviews with positive feedback, after sending a couple emails asking for updates with the recruiter kicking the can down the road I stopped following up with them. Why not just let the candidates know when they are no longer being considered for the role? Although this is become an industry practice it's appalling. Having a reputable talent agency such as Korn Ferry contribute to the unprofessional antics just goes to show how prevalent these practices have become. I would never use their services or interview for a job they are recruiting for in the future.
