I heard about the position through a former co-worker. I was an internal referral. The application process was just me sending in my resume. I received a call to schedule the interview for the same week. Interviewed that day with someone from HR, then the hiring manager joined the interview. Very comfortable and laid back interview process. I was then given a tour where I met everyone in the office and had a quick meet and greet with the President. I received a call that same day to return to fill out HR paperwork and was hired.
