Interview was very odd and was three phases. first phase was a simulation where they made it seem like you could not do anything right. It was a torture test to deliberately put you in a pressure situation which was unfair. Then I was written off by the other people that interviewed me.

Entrevista
My interview at Koops was a 1.5 month interview process. During this time I jumped through many hoops including an IQ test, Personality test, one-way video interview, two separate video interviews, and a ~5 hours on site interview. In total, I had interviewed with 7 different small groups for a total of 12 people. After everything they required me to do, they gave me a very generic automated email saying they were going with another candidate.
I had to reach out to someone I interviewed with to get actual feedback and was told that they didn't feel it was the right fit. Besides that there was no criticisms or concrete reasons for me to learn from.
I think it's interesting that everyone I met at Koops touted how great the culture was and how amazing the company is. Then turn around and not have the decency to show me some respect for the time I took to jump over all the hurdles of their interview process. I am very OK I didn't get the job but how they treated me after the interview really rubbed me the wrong way.

There is a machine pushing out a part that gets manually put into a tote. The customer wants to automate the process of handling the finished part. Come up with as many concepts to solve the customers application.
