A recruiter reached out to me to schedule an initial interview. On the day of the interview, she did not show up, nor did she respond to any of my multiple emails thereafter. I've contacted the organization, who has also ignored my messages. This is honestly the most disrespectful recruiter interaction I have had in my entire career, and that's including the age of ghosting after final rounds. Recommend not taking this company seriously. Absolutely not worth the time I invested prepping nor the time I took away from my current job. Despicable in an already challenging job market.

4-step process: recruiter call, portfolio review (in person), design assignment (90-minute working period followed by a presentation of the work — remote), CEO/director meeting (in person). The overall process took 8 weeks, including a 2-week period with no communication following the last step (before sharing that we were not going to move forward).
