The interviews were okay. The problems were: 1. They only interviewed at thier office. Even for someone who has a long commute (which costs like 70 Euros) they were not willing to change the nature of the interview to an online meeting. 2. This is the most horrendous thing. They told me in the final round that they are willing to hire me but have to look into VISA details for me. They then ended up not responding to my emails and calls for over 3 months and kept me waiting. After which they told me that they had found somone else who had more experience and thus could not hire me.
