After interviewing with HR via Zoom I met with the restaurant GM for an interview. Both interviews were very thorough. At that point GM invited me to do a "follow me" shift to explor the position and see if I/they are a great fit. I just finished that shift and will see what happens from here! So far a great experience.

Casual, clearly looking for high volume experience. Heard lots of horror stories from past employees but did not come across that way in the interview. Long hours are mandatory and expected

Hospitality/ Superior service atmosphere - You must understand what this means. "I do" however many managers do not. The entire interview is about this type of service.
