Recruiter was not forthcoming on salary and was hell bent on lowballing me. Claimed there was no salary range, when I disclosed my requirement, said “that’s too high”. Lol! Not being transparent with salary ranges demonstrates your values as an employer. The recruiter never even bothered to follow up after our interview.
