Met with the coordinator for my city; he asked a large number of highly pertinent questions and appeared to be interested in the answers. Sympathetic, very upfront with the good and bad points of job, paid attention to my answers. One of the better interviews I've ever had.

[In light of some past bad experiences,] are you nervous about having to maintain classroom control?
Went very well was virtual questions got the email the next day that i had just applied. I then made the onkine interview then like by 1 week i got called back to see if i was intrested and when was i able to start working.
The interview process was fairly easy. Kokua scheduled a prerecorded video interview. Once I got the job, they called me and asked when I would like to start, and we went from there.

Do you have any prior experience working with children?
After applying I heard back in about a week. Then I was set up with a quick 30 minute conversation with a hiring team member. I heard back the next day. If you are cleared you will need to complete background check, finger prints, etc.
