I applied for the role and within a few days the recruiter reached out to me to schedule an interview. When I replied with my availability, but the recruiter did not reply. I followed up after a couple of days to ask when the interview was to be scheduled. The recruiter again did not respond. I was ghosted. It has been 6 months since I applied and the role is still up on their careers page.

The entire interview process was unnecessarily long and tedious. Months of interviews with long gaps of time in between, aptitude tests both at home and then on site, psychological evaluations and finally a drug test to top it all off. Ridiculous.
