First you are given a test which you can complete at home. If your skills are good enough you’ll meet with the manager of the department, then with the rest of the team. Typical questions are if you know of or have worked with particular software and accessories. What techniques are you familiar with and how comfortable you are with them. If they like what they hear, they’ll bring you in for additioanl testing before offering you the job.
