I was contacted by the recruiter and informed of the position. I was told to take the Caliper assessment and explained I would have a phone interview with the hiring manager. Phone interview went well with the hiring manager and was then flown out to the Kohler campus for a panel interview that lasted 3 hours. Everyone was very nice and welcoming, and the interview questions were primarily technical questions pertaining to the position.
