It was kind of intimidating at first if you have never done a group interview before. I was called two days before the interview after having applied online for what I thought was a part time position but when we arrived, we were asked to sit around a table and fill out another condensed version of the online application. It didn't take me long to fill it out so don't worry too much about that. Then the hiring manager and the assistant manager came out and introduced themselves. They told us that this interview would be a group interview and they would ask us questions one by one and told us to try and put an original spin on our answers. The interview lasted almost two hours but it was because the group I was in was fairly large. Overall it was a very good experience!
