The interview was a group interview. The Customer Service Supervisor was mainly in charge of the interview. It was a fairly straightforward interview with questions being evenly distributed among those involved. The questions were easy. There were no surprises. In the middle of the interview you are tasked with walking around the store and filling out paperwork pertaining to practices and employee opinions.

About 20 minutes , basic questions about teamwork and customer service. Had the interview and they called a few minutes later to offer me the job. The interviewer was very nice and made me feel calm

It was painless and super easy and I'm just putting in this information so I can view the average salaries of a company because I can't use Glassdoor unless I do this.
It was over the phone and very straight forward. I spoke with the current 02 (Assistant Store Manager) at the time and it focused on previous experiences in teams. Afterward, I received an email to complete the onboarding process online, filling out paperwork.
