I applied through my university's career center. I met with them at job fair as well. They offered me an on campus interview, it was pretty casual. She let me just freely talk about my work experience and educational background. She asked me 1 behavioral question - "tell me about a time you mentored someone?". Although the interview process was fine, I find pretty much everyone I've met with at Kohl's to be kind of fake and sleezy. They think they are the best and just treated us like stupid students.
