The interview process was lax, basic questions were asked as well as pre-made questions that I'm assuming are asked to every single applicant. They ranged from how would you handle a specific retail situation to what kind of person are you and how could you benefit the company.

Q: How can you use what you've learned in previous jobs to make your job here easier, and more enjoyable?
Short but still good experience to have for a beginner in interviewing. There are a lot of people to meet so that you can make your skills of speaking up to par.
Easy, over the phone and about 30 minutes long. The store manager asked questions about my background, what would I do if xyz happened, what I would do if a end cap was messy, how would I contribute to making the store look good.

What would you do if you encountered an upset customer?
A round table style, group interview process with the manager and other candidates. Afterwards, on the same day, they did the one on one interviews. After about a week later I received an offer, which I accepted.
