First I scheduled a phone interview. It was about 15 min. I couldn’t tell if she liked my answers or not, she was somewhat “flat.” Then said she would pass on the info to the manager and he might talk to me or want to meet me.

Asked me twice what I was proud of or something I overcame in my last job.
Quick and simple video interview, basic questions about availability and previous work experience, and making sure I was able to meet the basic job description requirements from the job posting. The entire interview lasted maybe 5-10 minutes, ending with a job offer.
