first I put an application in for work on the internet, got a call back a week later, scheduled a group interview for the next week. also had to fill out a paper form application because it is required by kohls
HR interviewed the group, asked a few general questions, and said they would call back to let us know what position we were or were not getting.
got a call back saying I would be customer service, but ended up in POS

Kohl's took a while to get back to me when I initially applied however the interview was very relaxed. I interviewed with the store manager and I was offered the job immediately.

Applied online, called in for interview and hired days later. The interview was a 1:1 with the hiring manager in her office. I was asked the basic interview questions and received an email a few days later notifying me I got the job. It was a very simple process.

I applied online on company website and received a response email with a link to set up interview. Came into a Group interview with about 10 people in a conference room. The environment was very calm and pleasant and stressfree.
