The process began with a phone interview then 1 on 1 in-person interview in store. In-person interview consisted of pretty standard questions about strengths and weaknesses, customer service experience, cash handling skills/experience, etc.

Very easy interview process. Met with a lead first and then the store manager. Both very nice and easy to talk to. Overall process lasted about a half hour. Very general questions asked.
Group interview with other applicants and multiple staff members present during the process. Questions directed at all applicants in the room. Store manager and hiring manager both present throughout the duration of the interview.

How would you handle a situation in where a customer is upset
They start off the process with a Phone interview to get to know you and what you’re looking for. They’ll ask about your availability and experience. In person interview would be next.
