The interview process overall not too difficult, but a couple of recommendations for possible success is 1)BE ON TIME! 2) Dress accordingly nothing too flashy 3) Questions during the interview may view from each store but overall pretty generic with previous job history and experiences and actions you would take in a scenario. 4) Be able to sell yourself compared to the rest (of a possible group interview setting) 5 may a comment or statement to every question the manager may throw at you, testing your communication and decision making skills. 6) This last suggestion is a major key in getting a job is bring a resume, shocking that in most cases is a ticket into getting a job at Kohl's stores depending on your history and fitting the qualifications.
