The interview process was alot easier than I expected, they asked some very basic questions and then had us all leave and told us that we should recieve a call by the end of the week. I got called and informed the day of my interview.

The most difficult, rather un prepared one for me was when they asked what do you think of the statement "the customer is always right" ?
The interview process was pretty straightforward, virtual interview a week after applying. Didn't have many issues or anything confusing. I did ended up working there. Managers were ok but pay was pretty low.
Phone screening interview to go over resume and job requirements, mainly confirming what my availability would look like, what it entailed, and if I'd be comfortable with the sales part of the job/promoting the store rewards and credit card. Very friendly and low-pressure conversation over the phone.
The process was pretty average, it was just a little awkward trying to find someone to ask to know where I needed to go. Once I got in the back room i was asked pretty normal questions and nothing that was too hard to answer or too perosnal
