I applied online 5/19/19, got referred by an employee so they immediately pushed my application further. I got an email saying they would like to meet me the next day and had me pick a day and time that best worked for me for the interview. My interview was today 5/22/19 at 11:00AM. I arrived 5 minutes early like the email said and went to customer service where they handed me a clipboard and I had to write my name and availability. And then I turned it in and interviewed with an assistant manager. The manager asked basic questions. Ones I was prepared for. At the end, (I currently work somewhere else, I want to work only mornings, my friend that works there explained that I would only get around 10-15 hours. I work close to 30 at my other job but am getting tired of the place), I asked what days I would be working and if those days can stay consistent. Manager said to me that they just don’t do that and don’t have the same schedule every week. Understandable. Luckily my friend explained to me that they have work schedules out like a month in advance which would allow me to speak with my managers at my other job (as they get the new schedule out very very late). The interviewer explained that I would would get one of two emails, and that it would take 24-48 hours for me to receive the email.
As of right now (it’s still 5/22/19), I did not receive an email yet. I will be sure to update this once I do. So for the mean time I will put that I have received no offer. I’ll fix it in the future.
Good luck on your interview if you have one!

What would you do if you were helping a customer and another customer comes up and asks you a question?
What would you do if you had an important task you had to do and then got more tasks and got jumbled up in what to do, how would you get back into getting focused back onto your original task and how would you do about things? (I’m sorry it took a while for the interview to ask the actual question, got confused and this was the simplest it was gonna get, it is a multitasking situation,
Short but still good experience to have for a beginner in interviewing. There are a lot of people to meet so that you can make your skills of speaking up to par.
Me postulé en línea. Acudí a una entrevista en Kohl's en jun 2026
Entrevista
I did a virtual interview with kohls, when I joined the call at the set time scheduled, the interviewer already had someone else in the call, so I had to rejoin five minutes later, which made me seem like the awkward one when I’m the one who joined on the set time. They then asked basic interview questions to which I answered after preparing answers, I then received a generic rejection email.
Easy, over the phone and about 30 minutes long. The store manager asked questions about my background, what would I do if xyz happened, what I would do if a end cap was messy, how would I contribute to making the store look good.
