I had a phone interview with a company recruiter and then a face to face interview with the local district manager. Was offered the job shortly after and started the following month.

The interview process was very normal and they asked normal questions. There was probably one or two or maybe like three questions they asked me and from those about two were behavioral questions. Us STAR methods for your response.
I was offered this role after my assistant store manager internship. For my internship I had three interviews. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. they had come to my college campus to do the interviews.
