Interview is pretty simple, you will be brought into a room with around seven other people and the manager will ask you all questions. In my interview I answered about 7/8 questions with short, but detailed answers. Do not try to outdo someone when answering a question, if you notice you're the person who takes ten minutes to answer one question you're probably talking too much.

Group interview in conference room of the store. Very calm atmosphere with two of the managers and easy questions . About Kohl's history and past experience with customer service. They went around the room and everyone took turns answering and told us asked the people who passed the interview to stay afterwards.
