I interviewed at a career fair in New York City. I networked with recruiters and was asked to complete an application. Interviews were conducted between 15-30 minutes. It was a typically interview process. Bring a resume, portfolio (optional), and prepare beforehand
Very easy to talk to and an overall great experience! Everyone was kind and seemed to be engaged throughout the entire process. The interview process was what I expected it to be.

Spoke to Kohl's at my career fair and was invited to their headquarter for their Sophomore summit, which automatically got me a first-round interview. Went back to the headquarters at the end of the summer and had 3 different interviews and had to present a project.
