It was awkward. I felt like they had already decided who they were going to hire! I had an accident in 2015 & I've had 6 retina surgeries. My left eye does not look forward & it is green. I was born with 2 blue eyes. The young lady that interviewed me kept looking back & forth at my eyes & that made me uncomfortable & I felt awkward when trying to answer her questions.

They called me into an interview after a few days online. They asked me only one question and then said they would hand it off to their corporate office based on their needs.

It was simple and quick to get to know you. They asked why you’re interested and if you have customer experience. He offered me the job verbally after the interview but I never saw it come. A few days letter I got a letter saying I wasn’t selected. I’m not petty type or mad but please don’t do prematurely offer someone a job when you just started interviewing and you still have 8 other interviews after.

Responded quickly to set up a video interview. The interviewer was very friendly and easy to talk to. Seems like they were really looking for good personality types to fit with their emphasis on good customer service.
