It was a pretty standard interview with situational questions and they explained the job duties. They also took me around the store to show me around and introduce me to everyone.

Hiring manager calls to set up an interview time with you, depending on how many people they are looking to hire and when people are available you may have a group interview instead of one on one. My interview was a group interview, about 12 people in a small room going around answering the interviewers questions. The entire group was hired on the spot.

Pretty straight forward, the interview was like any other for any clothing company. Pretty quick, from call to being on the job took 1-2 weeks minimum. Though pay wasn’t that great, it was still a good learning experience.

Very easy! They asked about my experience and ask me a few behavioral questions and then discuss about the role. The manager was really nice and really enjoyed it as a first job!
