Entrevista
When I first got there and went to customer service, the woman kindly told me where to go. A manager took me back into the office and handed me an availability form to fill out before the interview. The interview itself was very laid-back and the manager was very nice. Most of the questions were behavior/situation-based, so make sure you think over some examples of good customer service you've given or been given in the past as well as what customer service means to you. There were a couple of questions that stumped me a bit, but overall it was pretty easy. It took about 10 to 15 minutes in all.

Give an example of a mistake you've made and what you did to fix it.
Short but still good experience to have for a beginner in interviewing. There are a lot of people to meet so that you can make your skills of speaking up to par.
Easy, over the phone and about 30 minutes long. The store manager asked questions about my background, what would I do if xyz happened, what I would do if a end cap was messy, how would I contribute to making the store look good.

What would you do if you encountered an upset customer?
A round table style, group interview process with the manager and other candidates. Afterwards, on the same day, they did the one on one interviews. After about a week later I received an offer, which I accepted.
