I was apart of a group interview of about 6-7 other people with two managers. It was nice as everyone got to speak when they could (one person didn't dominate the competition) and with each question, you were given time for a thoughtful response. And several people were hired from my group, so the position normally just for one employee. Overall, I thought the interview process went very well.

Why did you pick to apply at Kohl's vs. applying at other companies like Kohl's?
It was a pretty standard interview with situational questions and they explained the job duties. They also took me around the store to show me around and introduce me to everyone.

Pretty straight forward, the interview was like any other for any clothing company. Pretty quick, from call to being on the job took 1-2 weeks minimum. Though pay wasn’t that great, it was still a good learning experience.

If a customer asked for a location of a product what will you do
Fairly easy interview with standard questions about experience and availability. The interviewer was professional and explained the role clearly. I was surprised to learn of evening availability requirements that were not reflected in the availability I submitted on my application.
