The interview process was straightforward because I was hired in during the holiday season. The questions were mainly about my availability and what jobs I am interested in doing at Kohl's. Overall, it was an easy interview due to the fact that they needed people to work there for the holiday season.
The interview process went smoothly as possible because the questions were straightforward, and the interview, on the whole, took only about ten minutes.

Pretty straight forward, the interview was like any other for any clothing company. Pretty quick, from call to being on the job took 1-2 weeks minimum. Though pay wasn’t that great, it was still a good learning experience.

If a customer asked for a location of a product what will you do
Very easy! They asked about my experience and ask me a few behavioral questions and then discuss about the role. The manager was really nice and really enjoyed it as a first job!
Fairly easy interview with standard questions about experience and availability. The interviewer was professional and explained the role clearly. I was surprised to learn of evening availability requirements that were not reflected in the availability I submitted on my application.
