The interview was very straight forward and the whole hiring process was smooth and efficient. Responsibilities: • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service. • Assess customers' needs and provide assistance and information on product features. • Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options. • Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service. • Build productive trust relationships with customers
Short but still good experience to have for a beginner in interviewing. There are a lot of people to meet so that you can make your skills of speaking up to par.
Easy, over the phone and about 30 minutes long. The store manager asked questions about my background, what would I do if xyz happened, what I would do if a end cap was messy, how would I contribute to making the store look good.

What would you do if you encountered an upset customer?
A round table style, group interview process with the manager and other candidates. Afterwards, on the same day, they did the one on one interviews. After about a week later I received an offer, which I accepted.
