The woman in customer service was nice, she told me to have a seat while I wait for the hiring manager. The manager was very friendly, I have no complaints. He was not intimidating at all, it was like I was talking to a friend, but in a more professional way. I had an overall good experience.
About 20 minutes , basic questions about teamwork and customer service. Had the interview and they called a few minutes later to offer me the job. The interviewer was very nice and made me feel calm

It was painless and super easy and I'm just putting in this information so I can view the average salaries of a company because I can't use Glassdoor unless I do this.
It was over the phone and very straight forward. I spoke with the current 02 (Assistant Store Manager) at the time and it focused on previous experiences in teams. Afterward, I received an email to complete the onboarding process online, filling out paperwork.
