walk-in, application. call back within the week, interview with store manager then tour of the store, actually left alone on floor to test abilities. I was offered a position, and this was my first job.
Fairly easy interview with standard questions about experience and availability. The interviewer was professional and explained the role clearly. I was surprised to learn of evening availability requirements that were not reflected in the availability I submitted on my application.
Very easy! They asked about my experience and ask me a few behavioral questions and then discuss about the role. The manager was really nice and really enjoyed it as a first job!
The interview process was pretty straightforward, virtual interview a week after applying. Didn't have many issues or anything confusing. I did ended up working there. Managers were ok but pay was pretty low.
