The interviews were given in small groups. Initially everyone introduced themselves. The interview itself consisted of several situational questions. Many questions asked you to reflect back in previous jobs or circumstances. It was pretty basic, and everyone had a chance and was expected to give input. Basic company information was also shared.

I had a remotely easy interview process that went pretty quick. They asked the average questions, but the pay was not the best so I did not go with them.

scheduled Zoom interview TWICE and both times, I waited in appropriate "room" and no one from Kohls "showed up". I even called the local store and asked if I should keep waiting, who ever answered checked and they said yes, they will be right with you. I waited over 30 minutes each time.

The interview was completely online, and I spoke with someone from HR. The interview was incredibly short and lacked much substance. The interview consisted of basic questions about when I would be available, but also included a personal question about going out of my way to help somone. All in all, it was a horrible experience.
