It was different from what I read it was going to be. I applied online then the next day I got an email for an interview which then was a week later. The interview wasn't a group interview like I thought it was going to be. It was a one on one with the hiring manager and then a one on one with the actual store manager. The questions were weird too cause I guess they are switching up their interview process. After the interviews I was told we would learn if we got hired or not in a couple of days. After 2 days I got an email saying I got hired and to submit forms and now i'm just waiting for the orientation.

Relatively easy asked me to tell them about how I would handle different situations and previous retails experience. I interviewed with a manager and was asked about my availability. I got a call the same day.

Group interview in conference room of the store. Very calm atmosphere with two of the managers and easy questions . About Kohl's history and past experience with customer service. They went around the room and everyone took turns answering and told us asked the people who passed the interview to stay afterwards.
