Entrevista
I checked in at Customer Service then got called in to the training room by one of the assistant managers, and she just went through her packet of Kohl's interview questions. When that was done, she called in the hiring manager who had another packet of questions for my second interview, and I got the job then and there!

On a scale of 1-10, 1 being "Nobody told me to do this, so I didn't," and 10 being "I do the work even if nobody told me to," how would you rate your productiveness?
Tell me about a time at work when you witnessed somebody doing something unethical and you went ahead and did the right thing.
Tell me about a time when you righted a wrong at work.
Tell me about a time when you demonstrated initiative at work.
Do you have a Kohl's credit card? Do you think you would be able to sell credit?
Tell me about a time when you took part in a group project, but your fellow members were unsure about their part in the project.
Tell me about a time when you were the best at something.
Tell me about a time when you were proud of an accomplishment at work and were recognized for your good work.

Applied online, got an email to come in for an interview a few days later. Asked me 1 or 2 questions before I mentioned I was 17, then they told me they couldn't hire me until I turned 18. Which confused me, because I'd already told them my age in my application.
The interviewer was professional, but quite friendly nonetheless.

This was my first job interview ever, so I do not feel I was adequately prepared however all of the questions were fair. I walked in to customer service and told them I was here for an interview then the manager came and invited me to his office where he asked me a series of questions.

The one question that really stumped me (though I know employers ask it a lot) was "Name one time a coworker did something unethical and how did you handle it?"

How do you feel about getting people to sign up for their credit card? On a scale of 1-10 how much incentive do you have?

Entrevista
Interview was really fast-paced and I thought it went really well. The guy was really nice and made me feel comfortable. I have bad interview anxiety and for me I felt like it was a good interview. But I guess they didn't like me.
