Required to take an intelligence test before the interview. This was the first & only time this was required for an interview. Interviewed with the president who had no personality, asked the usual basic questions, didn't ask me if I had any questions, never provided me his business card, and walked out with shaking my hand. I was so annoyed with the process that I decided this was a company I had no interest in working for. The company seems to have difficulty hiring or retaining sales professionals.
