The hiring process was very professional. They contacted me with an email saying they would like to do an intial phone interview. The phone interview went well and the managers were very nice and professional. I was asked for qualifications and then I was asked to come in for a personal interview where I presented my portfolio and drawings. I was asked to do a third interview which was a 2-day paid working experience which I did and at the end of it they did an assessment and said they would get back to me within a week. They did call and invited me to work with them and I was hired since then.
