Was a a fairly average buy-side interview. Need to have a well developed investment philosophy and the ability to speak on it. Have an investment pitch ready and be able to defend your thesis.

Enjoyable, passionate interview with a good set of questions. Very professional staff that spearheaded it. Don't be worried about the PE fact of the matter. Just go in prepared and you should succeed and do well.
