Entrevista
The interview begins with a phone interview with HR followed by a phone interview with the hiring manager. After these two phone interviews they do an in person interview where they have 3-4 people interview you for 20-30 minutes a piece. These interviews are based on the usual behavioral type interviews.

They definitely focus a lot on the company culture. Be sure and understand what market based management is and how the company uses it.
The interview process varies quite a bit by team. Koch is a very decentralized organization but with a strong focus on PBM culture. Expect to discuss PBM culture in some way shape or form.

Tell me about a time you solved an ambiguous problem
It was an easy interview process but in the end negotiations was a total nightmare. I was offered 20k less than other candidates because I am a woman and the recruiter told me to my face that they don’t believe I am worth the average market rate despite exceeding the experience and education requirements
Typical interview questions. 2 rounds of interview. 1 with HR and the other with Technical manager. Question were more character driven than technical. Interview lasted about 45 - 60 mins.
